How can my sperm count to be increased normal range? this is my semen analysis report method : macroscopy & microscopy period lap:6 days liquefaction time :30mts colour : gray white volume: 2.0 ml viscosity: normal reaction ph : 8.0 sperm concentration :7 mill/ml motility: rapid progressive=0% moderately progressive= 05% sluggishly progressive= 09% non motile =86% agglutination : nil morphology : normal fructose (qualitative) : present pls send ur sugg this my email id : YYYY@YYYY regrads thanu

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Oligoasthenospermia meaning there by that your sperm count is low and percentage of active forward moving sperm is less as compared to WHO standards.

Truly speaking there are no medicines proved to be effective for improving sperm count.
Following measure will help you to increase the sperm count.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
