How can muscle weakness on the shoulders be treated?

I am taking meloxicam 15mg for almost 10 years, and I need to know how can I overcome or heal muscular weakness on my shoulders. I understand that muscular weakness is one of the side effect from meloxicam 15mg. How can I get healthy again? Can you help?

You can consider physiotherapy or do strengthening exercises on your own to see if this helps to improve muscle strength. The exercise of a muscle is the main way to increase its strength or flexibility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
