I ve been having trouble with my legs for about 4-6 months. Its more muscular than pain. My muscles are so still that I have to lift my leg to get into my car and it s hard for me to stand from a sitting position. I m a 45 yo female. Many times it feels like the day after working out at the gym; however, I have not been. I am fairly healthy, no smoking, minimum drinking - although, I am in recovery.
