How Can Mouth Ulcers Be Treated?

I have canker soars a lot. When I have them half of my body is effected with fatigue and I want to sleep all the time. Right now I can barely keep my eyes open. Behind my eyes feel weird, so do my ears, especially on one side of my head. The base of my skull is really tender to touch too.

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Well, the symptoms that you are facing are not appearing due to canker sores but it looks like cold sores that are due to herpes simplex virus infection..

So my suggestion is to consult an Oral Physician and get a clinical examination done..

An Oral swab culture and a blood test can help in ruling out the exact reason of recurring sores along with other symptoms..

For now you can gargle with specialised mouthwash like Magic mouthwash to relieve inflammation and pain..
You can take Ibuprofen to reduce pain and tenderness in head and ears..
Take soft diet and sufficient sleep..
Do warm saline gargles..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
