Hello,

No morning sickness happens during pregnancy and sometimes it can be very severe. So, kindly ask her to take any anti-emetic until symptoms get controlled.

Anti-emetic drugs like Ondansetron, Domperidone are found out safe during pregnancy. You can even consult your OBG doctor before taking the medicine.

Ask her to use ORS, or she can even make one and drink at home. Water with adequate salt, and sugar can be mixed and drink to prevent dehydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
