How Can Mitral Valve Regurgitation Be Treated?

Hello Doctor my mother 54 years have mitral valve reg grade 3 lv dimensions within normal range and right side also Left atrium 42 m ef is 55% also have tr valve reg grade 2 rvsp 40 mmgh with mild pulmonary hypertension in echo should I concern about rvsp with this value and surgery to the mitral valve now or wait to reach grade 4 ?

I can understand your concern.
RVSP (right ventricular systolic pressure) of 400mmhg is considered as mild Pulmonary hypertension.
And this is not a good sign for patient with grade 3 mitral regurgitation.
So if you wait at this movement, her Pulmonary hypertension will be worsen.
So better to consult cardiologist and get done valvular replacement surgery as soon as possible.
