How Can Missed Abortion Be Prevented?

i had a missed abortion at 6th week my baby doesnot have a fetal pole and cardiac activity and i started to bleed my doctor give me ascard 75 and shot me an anti-D as i am o positive and my husband is a negative.... will this happen to me again if i try to conceive next time and what is the best possible time to try for our next child

Definitely there ate increased chances of abortion in next pregnancy but not too high to be afraid of.
