Hello Mam I bhagya 27 years old from Hyderabad i underwent laproscopy And Hystroscopy 1 year 6 months back .after that i get pregnancy but it miscarriage at three months I.e on september 2010 Now i am very eager to give birth to a baby .what the precautions that i want to take .

I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
While conceiving for the second time, it is must to consider the outcomes of previous pregnancy.Since there are many avoidable things which can be detected in time and managed efficiently
In ur case , you had previous abortion in first three months , there is need to look for its cause. mostly first trimester abortions are due to the chromosomal abnormality. have you done karyotyping in last pregnancy?.
You should meet your OBSTETRICIAN and discuss about the previous abortion as well as current pregnancy. do pay regular visit and antenatal checkup and strictly follow your doctor advice.
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
