How can migraine be treated in a 7 weeks pregnant 33-year-old?

I’m 33 years old and I’m 7 weeks pregnant and have been getting migraines since I was about 9 years old. I usually take Tylenol 3’s or Maxalt when I get one but haven’t taken anything since I’ve been pregnant. I’ve had a migraine now for two days and I don’t know how much longer I can take the pain. I’ve been in bed, under the blankets with ice packs. I’ve also been vomiting. Is there anything I can take that won’t be harmful to my baby? I don’t have my first Obgyn appointment until the end of the week..

My 16 year old son has been getting migraines for about 5months now and they are mainly on the top of his head, they are coming closer together and more painful as time goes on, his doctor wants to monitor them to see what might be the cause, thought that it might be sinus migraines, is that correct?

My 19 yr old son suffers from migraines. He takes medication for this, but for the past 3 weeks he has been getting migraines every day. It is taking longer for his Meds to work. He also had a migraine that left him with a headache for 3 days. He says that he what seemed like a hallucination during a migraine, he saw what looked like an animal on a table. I am really worried about the increase in frequency and intensity. The pain wakes him every morning. What kind of specialist should he see? He has had this problem since he entered puberty around 12 yrs old.
