How Can Meningitis Be Treated?

I have a 1.9 cm meningitis left frontal lobe. The neurosurgeon is recommending surgery. I am going for a second opinion next week. This was not there 7 years ago, my last MRI was 11/10 after having pneumococcal meningitis and ADEM. I am having no symptoms other than that dizziness and off balance than I have had since recovering. Meningioma

Meningioma is a disease that needs to be removed from the body and also the tissue is tested for any further malignancy or its benign nature.
