How Can Low Sodium Levels With Dizziness And Nausea Be Treated?

Mother has too low sodium level. Doctor put her on sodium pills but with no improvement. Reduced her water intake to practically nothing. She drinks Boost and Gatorade only. She hardly eats because she is dizzy and nauseous. Her weight is dropping. The Drs say her organs are very healthy including her kidneys. The situation is starting to feel scary.
