How Can Low Blood Pressure With Dizziness Be Treated?

my blood presure was 77/44 last night i was unable to move my head without my head spinning and the room moving, the only way i could stop feeling like this is by lying completly still, today i feel shaky and light headed. can you tell me whats wrong.

Hello!

Would explain that your symptoms could be related to low blood pressure values.

An inner ear disorder can not be excluded either.

For this reason, I recommend increasing salt and fluids intake in order to avoid dehydration.

If your symptoms do not improve with the raise in blood pressure values, I would recommend consulting with an ENT specialist in order to investigate for an inner ear disorder.
