my father is 77 yrs old and he drinks and smokes he has been falling down and having trouble walking and his feet are peeling and they hurt and he has lost weight,and sometimes cant make it to the restroom after eating and he is never hungry,he tells me hes fine but hes not

1.Syrup Zincovit t.i.d for 15-20 days
2. Tab.pantop 40mg od in the morning 30min before breakfast.Tab.pantop 40mg od in the morning 30min before breakfast.

Detailed answer,
1. You mentioned that your father is a smoker and alcoholic first try to stop these otherwise it can deteriorate his health
2.If he is not feeling hungry try to investigate his Liver function tests-LFT
3. If the LFT values are normal then i will advice these medications
a) Syrup Zincovit t.i.d for 15-20 days
b) Tab.pantop 40mg OD in the morning 30min before breakfast.
4. Hope the above medications will helps but be patience that these medications will take upto 15-20 days for your father to act.Take care of your father
