Hi,

My opinion about your health concern follows:
1. Since leukocytoclastic vasculitis LCV affects dependent parts thus leg is the main area for the occurrence. [present]
2. At present immunomodulation and immunoglobulin [since it is considered as an autoimmune disease {AI}] are the mainstay of treatment due to unpredictable nature and course of the disease.
3. An alternate system of medicine can be continued in parallel to modern drugs to alleviate the side effects of the medicine's, i.e.:

- elevation of legs along with compression bandage should be used in the dependent lesion(s), and drugs like Colchicine/Dapsone can be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
