My two year old daughter has had very red outer labia, It is very localized and not spreading. It looks like chapped skin. I have tried multiple baths, more frequent diaper changes, and diaper rash cream. There has been little to no improvement. We are using the same diapers, same whips, same laundry detergent,and I have not introduced anything new to her diet? It does not seem to irritate her. I have a doctors appointment for December 10th. Any ideas what this may be? Thank you joanne
