How to I get in contact with someone to help my twin who has developed keloids and it is spreading badly around her face. It s plaster in her chest and it has connected around her face. She is a nurse and help children and never been married She is 60. I am third degree burn and thought she would be the one to get married first because I was the one that fell in the scalding hot water and she fell over the hot water, and I received 3rd degree burns over my body.
