How Can Itchy Throat, Low Grade Fever And Cold Be Treated?

I'm a 46y/o female who has been ill with what I thought was a cold. Started Sun, achy, low grade fever, itchy throat and bad sinus'. Fever broke monday early am and i've been symptom treating since. I just got to work and my coworkers pointed out that I'm flush with a red, slightly raised rash; upper chest, neck, lower back and abdomen. It is beginning to itch and only the deep red areas are heating up now.

Any ideas?
