Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

Perhaps it is either dermatitis or it could be a fungal infection. I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g. cetirizine for symptomatic relief from itching. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in " reports section " so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kakkar S.,
