How Can Itchy Rashes On The Body Be Treated?

I have developed an itchy rash which began on my arms and has spread all over my body . It is bumpy and bleeds easily when I scratch. I am 84, female, and my skin is dry and thin. Otherwise pretty healthy, with strong bones, some arthritis in knees. Looking for a natural or vitamin/mineral cure. Apple cider vinegar? Vitamin D? Omega 3?

dear user

you have rashes and i feel your worry but it is common problem especially with allergic patients...these rashes treatment depends on the cause ..if the cause is allergy you should avoid the allergen and can take hydrocortisone creams that helps alot...also if the cause is viral infection you should know that if you have fever or sore throat you should refer to your doctor to treat the cause of rashes as you may need antiviral drugs in some cases...also try not to scratch it as it will get more worse

hope that helps
