How Can Itchy Rashes On The Body Be Treated?
I m 20 I went to Fort Lauderdale for a visit and I would exercise outside and out of nowhere I would break out on my arms with hives and my whole body would get itchy but I m used to exercising in the heat it s been 3 months since now everytime I exercise or get hot I break out in tiny like bumps, I searched online and it says I have a case of chronic urticaria.. Can I get rid of this because this is a hassle and makes me not want to exercise but I don t want to get fat

I gone through your discription. You might be suffering from photosensitivity that's why you have urticaria and hives during exercise. For treatment you can take levocetrizine tablets. For prevention you can should get full sleeve cloths or sunscreen cream application before going out for exercise.
