i, I have found out my ex partner was cheating on me I am now worried about STIs as I have very uncomfortable, very itchy white puss filled pimple like clusters around my anus. I was diagnosed with herpes 2 years ago, this seems different, it is accompanied with headache, cough, and sore lymph nodes

Pus filled tiny lesions around are not necessarily due to STD or HIV cause. It could be due to ordinary and common bacteria or other pathogens, those can cause some nonvenereal skin infections. Not to jump into the conclusion about the character of your partner suddenly.
Get examined by a dermatologist and after appropriate investigations establish the diagnosis and get well soon as per the guidance of your treating physician.
