How Can Itchy And Painful Bumps On The Penis Be Treated?

Hi doctor, 3 month ago isolated enterococcus fecalis on glans od penis , i put lokal hloramphenicol oitment and washing with permanganate and it seem like its all gone but 3 days before I v got again same redness itchy and pain red dots on glans and started up again with chloramphenicol , what you suggest to do to get rid of this bacteria ? Best regarts

Hello,

Usually, enterococcus does respond to chloramphenicol if it's not responding, then it's better I would have suggested you get a culture and sensitivity done after taking a biopsy from that part and depending on the sensitivity report I would have prescribed you with the appropriate drug which will cure your infection.
