How Can Itchy And Dry Skin Be Treated?

I started with dry skin. I but i noticed scratches everywhere and they would itch and you know bleed on m;y clothes. So when the scratches started to go away the welps came. I have one on my leftleg and its swollem. I have welps on my front left legf that formed. And it s causing pain

Dear how old are you ??Are you obese or diabetic or suffering from varicose veins??

possible causes are

Eczema of legs due to dryness or varicose veins or infection or due to allergy. Please keep it moisturizing by using moisturex cream twice a day. Use local steroid cream like triamcinalone at night. use oral antibiotics and antihistamines.

Until examination it is difficult to say what it is. please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
