Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a segmental masectomy on my left breast after chemo for triple negative breast cancer and then final treatment was radiation. That breast continues with a saroma and is much smaller and nipple is inverted now from scar tissue I assume. Is there anything that can be done at this point ?

How Can Inverted Nipples Be Treated?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. So far as symptoms narrated here, it is the underneath scarring that has given inverted nipple from surgery and post chemo, radio. Later on cosmetic nipple lift can be planned once every treatment steps are over, not at this junction. I would like to assist further at anytime. Regards.
