How Can Intermittent Stomach Ache Be Treated?

PLEASE I HAVE BEEN HAVING A TERRIBLE STOMACH ACHE SINCE THE LAST TIME I GOT PREGNANT WT MY BABY. IT COMES AND GO
IT OCCURS IN THE MIDDLE PART OF MY STOMACH. SOMETIMES IT STARTS FROM MY BACK ALL THE WAY TO MY STOMACH. I FEEL SOME KIND OF EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION LIKE SOMETHING IS MOVING IN MY STOMACH.

Some advice that I can give to you are:
-Use PPI medication such as Nexium
-Cut back on fatty foods.
-Eat and drink slowly.
-Quit smoking.
-Reduce caffeine and alcohol
