Diabetologist 's  Response
Hi Dear, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.
In insulin dependent diabetes there will be absolute insulin deficiency so it is very important to take insulin in right amount of dose.
The total dose requirement as per your weight is about 60 units per day which includes your novorapid and lantus.
Diet plan also important
consider meeting your doctor and readjust the dose of insulin
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.

Best Regards.
