How Can Insomnia And Panic Attacks Be Treated?
My doctor just stopped my 30mg temazapam (inomnia) and 1 mg klonipin (panic attacks), I have been on the temaz for 15 years and the klonipin for 6 years. What are my options, I am not sleeping and am having big time panic attacks. What are my options?

Why the doc has stopped the medicines. May be you had long symptom free interval. If you experience the same problems after stopping the medicines, better to restart the drugs in a small dose. You can take low dose Clonazepam at bed time, which is more tolerant and side effects are minimal.
