How Can Inflammation In The Vagina Be Treated?

Hil, about a week ago i went to my obgyn to find out the gender of my baby and they conducted a pap smear, in result i was prescribed cephalexin for my bladder infection.. I truthfully didn t take my medicine for about a day and a half..in the course of me doing that i took a bubble bath and immediately the next day my vagina broke out in sever inflammation..do yoy know what i can do for the discomforting inflammation

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You may need to consider sitz baths with warm (not hot) water and salt/epsom salt.
This can be done 2 to 4 times a day for 15 to 20 mins.

In addition, applying a topical anesthetic or gel may help eg lidocaine gel.
