General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I suggest you to stop eating the food that triggers the symptoms.

Some advice about the diet are:
- Green leafy veggies.
- Blueberries.
- Pineapple.
- Chia seeds.

This food will help in fighting inflammation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
