What is your view about pills, bars, liquid drinks that claim to be reducing inflammation? They are being sold in pyramid type direct marketing approaches similar to Shaklee and Ammway? What is the best and safest way to reduce the negative side of infmmation in our bodies? I understand that some inflammation is good, like what happens when I get s cold, get a bug bite or stings, etc. I understand then the area gets warm, swells and that is due to infection fighting. Thanks for your help. I have friends who are buying snake oil in my opinion...ground up beets, aloe extracts, etc.
