How Can Infertility Due To PCOS Be Treated?
Hi doctor ,
I hav pcos but trying to conceive from 3 months.which I was not successful. My doctor advised me to start with metformin 500 mg for 30 days (60 tablets)and fertisure F for 5 days (ie 5 tablets) wil it help me to pregnant fast this month with diet and physical activity please reply me

Hi,
PCOD cause hormonal imbalance, ovarian dysfunction, and so cause infertility. Proper treatment should be taken under advise of gynecologist. Metformin: cause induction in ovulation and decrease insulin resistance. Fertisure F contain sildenafil. It increase FSH and LH that cause maturation of ovarian follicle, ovulation. It increase chance of ovulation and fertility. So there is chance of pregnacy
.I would suggest to go for USG scan and ovarian follicle study from 10th to 12th of cycle to know the maturation of follicle. If size of follicle will be between 18-21 mm then it has high chance of pregnancy. If size of follicle is around 20 mm then HCG injection can be used for ovulation. You can also ask progesterone pill in second half, tablet ovacure. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise.
