How Can Infertility Be Treated?

Hi me and my wife have been trying to have a baby for the past 4 years. So i went and got tested i have low count but are healthy. Than the wife found out she has pcos. She ask if there was any thing she can take to help us have a baby he said no but gave her a weight lose tablets and said once you lose weight you are hight to fall pregnant. Just wondering if there are something out there for low count and help ovulation
