First of all, do not panic. Tablet Ovamit, Clomiphene citrate helps in follicle development, and release of the egg from the ovary.
Please start follicle study from day ten of the cycle to know about the day of ovulation. You can plan IUI- Intrauterine insemination or unprotected sex activity on the day of ovulation.

Please get HbA1C levels done. With controlled blood sugar levels, chances of conception are high and also it will help to reduce miscarriage and fetal anomalies. Please seek help from your treating doctor for diabetes management and sugar levels control.

Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Use of Folic acid and vitamin B 12 supplements regularly will help to prevent various complications during conception, pregnancy, and childbirth.

For diabetics, it is mandatory to control it before getting pregnant. So it is highly recommended that visit physician for diabetes treatment.

Tablet Ovamet will help you. Again Ovamet tablet has metformin which helps controlling diabetes. So inform your physician about this tablet so he can give treatment accordingly. Looking at your age 39 years, it is advisable to try naturally only for 6 months then take help.
