Hi there,I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

As you have irregular periods, I will suggest you to get USG done to know about the ovarian status and to rule out PCOS.


Secondly, if you have already taken some treatment and have crossed your expected date of menses, please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of any doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.
