Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per history you are having problem in food digestion. For that take fiber diet more like whole grain, wheat bran, fruits etc. Take green leafy vegetables more. Avoid gas forming foods like onion, turnip, cabbage, cauliflower etc. Eat slowly and avoid heavy fatty meal. Drink more water. If constipation chronic than psyllium husk with milk can be prescribed. Consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
