How Can Increasing Lip Pigmentation Be Treated?

Hi.. i have been using melacare cream for around 10 days around the corner of my lips which are dark in color due to pigmentation. But as i see now dey have become more dark in color and at one side the pigmented area has increased. Please help how to correct it.

it is hyper pigmentation may be related to smoking so leave it apply sunscreen lotion and avoid expo user to sun.
