How can i take diet plan for uric acid ?

Hi docs, my uncle 60 is on dialysis since last seven months and i want a uric acid diet plan and how to maintain the level of creatinine...he s taking alpha-one tablets, aparex, calcinate, folic acid...kindly guide me on this...thank you!!!!!

avoid high protein, all kid of lemons. sweets, carbonated drinks etc

he need aproper diet plan as we have limitation of words here .i am trying to give little information:
Fresh cherries, strawberries, blueberries and other red-blue berries
Vegetables including cabbage and parsley
Foods high in bromelain (pineapple)
Foods high in vitamin C (red cabbage, red bell peppers, tangerines, mandarins, oranges, potatoes)
Low-fat dairy products
Complex carbohydrates (breads, cereals)
Chocolate, cocoa .
