My penis foreskin is attached with glans what can i do for remove this ?

Thanks for query,
foreskin on penis is attached with glans at the back is called frenulam.
if it is attached on whole glans then it is due to collection of smegma under the fore skin due to not properly cleaning of smegma.
if this condition persists for long time chances of phymosis is therre.
So clean the glans by averting fore skin gen tally daily while taking bath.
