How Can I Make My Child Eat Healthy Food?

My son has a problem eating regular food. This has been happening since he was about a 16 months. Now he is 13 years old and I am worry that is going to affect him later in life. He only eats like chicken nuggets, hamburgers, hot dogs, peanut butter sanwiches, some fruit (bananas, strawberries, grapes, apples and watermelons) and some vegtables (carrets, cucumbers), milk, beef meats (like fajita, burgers patties). He is not eating eggs, rice, beans or any side dishes.

All eating problems are due to the lack of proper training in his eating habits right from his infancy.

Usually a baby should be trained well right from his infancy especially from the start of 9 months, when salivation will be excessive and the baby will adapt well for the foods fed at that time to his entire lifetime.

Anyways its not too late to train him, but not an easy job.

Allow him to eat all foods which he likes, but strictly only home made.
Prepare him variety of foods in tastier form.

Avoid fried food, include sprouted dhal in his diet.
Continue with fruits, atleast one fruit a day.

Dont scold him if he does not eat, never force him.
When he is hungry, prepare fresh vegetables and serve him hot and tasty.

Sure he will slowly change.
