Proteins are the building block for strong and healthy muscles, and their repair. As you exercise; your muscles are being built up; but at the same time old muscle tissue is being broken-down. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and good carbs they provide the vitamins and energy that your body needs to stay healthy, give you the energy to work-out, and live. The body is a working machine that needs carbs to work, it is full of nerves and cells that are responsible for causing the muscles to work, and most important of all; the brain needs the energy provided by them to function! If the brain does not get what it needs, it will cause the body to break down your muscles for it's energy, the brain is greedy and in control! Feed your whole body.
