How Can I Get Rid Of Blackheads Which Appear In Hair Follicle On Legs?

How do you get rid of blackheads which appear in the hair follicle on the legs. When I pull them out I can clearly see the blackhead with hair extending from it leaving a tiny hole in my leg. And other seem to be puffy and irritated then turn the same way.

Hello and welcome to HCM,

I read your query and understood your concern.

The condition you are talking about is called ingrown hair / pseudofolliculitis. It is usually benign and harmful unless infected. Apply a salicylic acid/ lactic acid/ urea based lotion over the legs every night. These agent help in mild exfoliation and thus will reduce the recurrence of such condition in long term.
Give yourself a bath with warm water and scrub your legs mildly.

There is no immediate treatment to this except laser hair removal .But these methods will surely help in long term.
