How Can I Control Blood Sugar Level To Avoid Diabetes With A Family History Of Diabetes ?
I haven t been officially diagnosed with diabetes , but it runs in my family (Father is). But, I ve been a bit paranoid and decided to purchase a guclose testing system and I check it whenever I think about it. This morning it was 149 and I wasn t sure if it s because I ate really late ( sugar sweets as well) and then went to bed. How can I control my guclose level before I become diabetic?
