Hi there
If you are more than 2months pregnancy then you will have to be aborted surgically by D and C.Its too late for medical abortion.I suggest that if you dont want this pregnancy you get the surgery fast, because soon it will be too late for the abortion without risk to your life and no doctor can legally do anything.

OBGYN Dr. Rhea Chanda's  Response
After a surgical abortion normally she may be kept in the hospital for a day. Then she a few days rest and she can live a normal life.Sex should be avoided for a few weeks.Im afraid that if one attempt at medical abortion has failed the the next option is surgery.
