Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The hyperpigmented rash could be a Pityriasis versicolor or Erythrasma. Do apply clotrimazole dusting powder on skin folds twice daily and avoid tight fitting clothes.
Consult your dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis as the treatment options are different for both conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
