How Can Hypertension Be Treated?
Yes I ve recently been diagnosed with hypertension. My blood pressure been steady around 160/90-100. Im currently taking hydrochloridethiazide 25 milli. Been taking this about two weeks now. I recently went to the library and got some books. How to reverse hypertension, What not to take when your taking that, Smoothie Bible. etc. But I m concerned because I havent seen a significant drop in my bp. I wanted to start taking a certain amount of potassium, magnesium, calcium, and a multivitamin that contaians a specific amount of nutriients. Im allergic to seafood, mold, dogs, cats, hampster, roaches, some not all nuts. So the kind of nutrition diet I need I cant see me eating. Foods that are high in potassium, magnesium, ionic nitrate, etc. i want to lower my bp and get off this diuretic. What do you suggest? My highest bp was 175/127

hypertensive profile can be done. consult physician for proper medication and diet control like salt free diet. can take chiraly pure essam at which will control bp. with treatment bp should be reviewed. refrain from taking alcohol and avoid smoking avoid seafood since you are allergic. take balanced diet
