Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This can happen due to infection, unhygienic or hyperpigmentation. You need to use antibiotic creams or lotions everyday applied in that part to treat if it is infectious.

If you don't know whether it's infectious or not, you just can use it to see if you get better results. Usually if that area is very dry, there could be sliding which is causing constant pressure and pigmentation.

So you can apply any moisturizer to wet that area every day which will be very helpful. You can use aloevera gel also. If you want permanent solution then glycolic acid peeling cream or lotion you can take and put in that area. It will peel off soon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
