How Can Hyper Pigmentation On The Legs Be Treated?

Hi, I used to shave my legs alot, but I stopped because I started noticing really ugly dark mole looking blotches on my legs, I have about three of them on my right leg, what can I do to get rid of them, also I have a bruise on my left leg just under my knee that has been their since December, I fell one day and hit it on a hard object, its not as bad as it was snnd has gone down in size and discoloration, can I do to get rid of , my email address is YYYY@YYYY

hyperpigmentation should be biopsied, if its resolving on its own most likely it is not cancerous, but if it keeps happening it should be looked at once and get diagnosed, In my opinion if its resolving then there is nothing you can do to expedite it, you just have to wait.
