A torn hymen is not considered the sign of virginity in this day and age. More aggressive and sporty women can also end up tearing their hymen with activities like cycling, tennis, jogging, etc. There is no way we can replace your hymen and I personally feel it is noy required. But you can speak to your doctor who will certainly provide you with more information on the topic.
