How Can Hiatal Hernia And Raspy Voice Be Treated?

Hi, I have a hiatal hernia, diagnosed last summer. Two weeks ago, I was taking my vitamins and choked on the large multi vitamin, causing me to vomit the water and foods that I had for breakfast. My voice has been raspy since. With everything that my daughter and I have been through these last two years since my husband passed, I m hoping you can tell me that it s treatable and not omnimous like cancer.I am 56 years old.

Hello,

You have to check for what is the cause it may be at vocal card's or at the phonation deficit seen in pharygitis or at nasal or labial problems. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Please consult your ENT specialist/Gastroentrologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
