How Can Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Be Treated?

Hi my sravanthi my age 24 im suffering over bledding since age of 22 age very 6months i will effect with over bledding and doctor given regestrone tablets once i use it my period cycle will be normal but again after 6 months it will effect Im worked unmarried By these my weight gaining Please please give me some soultions for these problem But no paid nothing Actually my period day on these month 7th but after 12 days i got my period day Since sep 21st to now still over bledding

When menstrual cycle lasts for more than 7 days and is irregular with increased flow, it is termed as menmetrorrhagia. It can be due to several causes like:
- hormonal imbalance
- uterine fibroids
- endometriosis
- overweight or besity
- intrauterine device or IUD

You are requested to consult with a doctor and to get a Dilatation and curettage done in case of profuse bleeding. Also further investigations may be required for definitive management.
